General Questions

Do you accept insurance?
We do not bill insurance directly, and payment is required at the time of service. However, upon request, we’re happy to provide you with the necessary codes and documentation to help you submit a claim for insurance reimbursement.
How do I know which pathway is right for me?

If your primary concern is:
Pain, instability, or recurring injuries → Movement Restoration through My Muscle Guy (in-person chiropractic care in Utah)

If your primary concern is:
Fatigue, autoimmune symptoms, thyroid imbalance, or metabolic instability → The Hashimoto’s Vitality Plan (virtual coaching program available nationwide)

If you’re unsure, request a consultation and we’ll help determine the best starting point based on your goals and current symptoms.

What makes LTG different from traditional care?

Most traditional care focuses on where it hurts.

At LTG, we focus on why it’s happening.

Rather than isolating symptoms, we evaluate the systems behind them, the nervous system, cellular health, and structural alignment, so your body can regain stability and stop cycling through the same issues.

Can I do both programs? (My Muscle Guy & Hashimoto's)

Yes. Many patients choose to participate in both programs because they support different aspects of health.

Chiropractic and Movement Restoration care focuses on improving movement, muscle activation, and nervous system balance, while Functional Medicine focuses on identifying and supporting underlying imbalances related to thyroid health, nutrition, hormones, and immune function.

Some patients start with one program and add the other later, while others choose to combine them for a more comprehensive approach.

We’ll help determine what makes the most sense for you during your consultation.

Our goal is to create the most effective plan for helping you restore your health, energy, and quality of life.

My Muscle Guy Chiropractic Care

What conditions do you treat?
While chiropractic care is well known for addressing back pain, neck pain and injuries, there are many other conditions that can benefit from chiropractic treatment.

These include, but are not limited to:

  • Sciatica
  • Headaches/Migraines
  • Herniated Discs
  • Degenerative Disc Disease
  • Scoliosis
  • Whiplash
  • Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
  • Tennis Elbow
  • Shoulder Pain/Frozen Shoulder
  • Knee Pain
  • Plantar Fasciitis
  • Postural Issues
  • Sports Injuries
  • Arthritis Pain
  • TMJ Disorders
  • Vertigo
  • Tension in Muscles
  • Chronic Fatigue
  • Repetitive Stress Injuries
  • Improved Overall Wellness

What can I expect on my first chiropractic visit?

Your first visit is designed to help us understand your unique needs and create a plan to support your health. During this 40-minute session, we’ll begin with a thorough consultation to discuss your concerns, health history, and goals. This allows us to identify the root cause of your symptoms and determine the most effective path forward.

We’ll also perform a QSM3 (Quantum Spinal Mechanics 3) initial evaluation, and an initial correction if indicated by the findings of the evaluation. QSM3 is a gentle and precise technique that assesses your body’s alignment, balance, and overall function. It is a foundational first step to restoring proper movement and function.

Our goal is to ensure you feel heard, understood, and supported every step of the way.

How many visits does treatment require?

Treatment duration varies based on the individual and the condition. Recent injuries, when addressed promptly, often respond more quickly to care, while chronic or recurring conditions may require a more extended treatment plan.

The best way to determine the length of your treatment is through a thorough consultation and examination. Keep in mind, the longer a condition goes untreated, the more effort and time it may take to resolve. Starting treatment early is key to achieving faster results.

What is AMIT?

AMIT (Advanced Muscle Integration Technique), sometimes referred to as Advanced Muscle Integration Therapy, or the AMIT Method, is a neurological muscle activation method developed by Dr. Craig Buhler. Dr. Grover was trained and certified directly in this method and integrates it as part of the Movement Restoration System.

Hashimoto's Vitality Plan

What conditions do you treat?
The Hashimoto’s Vitality Plan is designed for individuals, especially women, who:

  • Experience chronic fatigue or low energy
  • Struggle with brain fog
  • Have unexplained weight gain
  • Deal with autoimmune thyroid conditions
  • Feel dismissed despite “normal” lab work
  • Have digestive issues or food sensitivities
  • Experience mood instability or hormonal imbalance

Why does this approach work when others haven’t?

Most treatment plans are based on population averages and standard lab ranges.

This program evaluates your specific physiology.

By identifying root-cause imbalances at the biochemical and cellular level, and supporting the body in the correct sequence, we reduce systemic stress rather than constantly reacting to flare ups.

The goal is not managing Hashimoto’s forever.

It’s restoring enough resilience that symptoms no longer dominate daily life.

What does the Hashimoto's Vitality Plan include?

The Hashimoto’s Vitality Plan is a high touch, personalized, 6 month coaching program that includes:

  • Comprehensive lab testing (based on individual needs)
  • Food sensitivity and blood work evaluation
  • Personalized nutrition strategy (not a one-size-fits-all diet)
  • Customized supplement protocols
  • Symptom tracking and progress metrics
  • Education around stress, lifestyle, and nervous system balance
  • Ongoing 1:1 coaching and structured check-ins

The goal is to reduce immune stress, improve thyroid signaling, and restore resilience at the cellular level.

What is the Supplement Support & Ongoing Maintenance Program?

Our Supplement Support & Ongoing Maintenance Program is our month to month option for individuals with hypothyroidism, Hashimoto’s, fatigue, or inflammatory symptoms who want personalized supplement guidance without enrolling in the full coaching program.

It is also commonly used as a maintenance option for individuals who have completed the full Hashimoto's Vitality Program and want continued support.

This program provides a personalized supplement plan designed to support:

  • Thyroid function
  • Immune balance
  • Energy production
  • Detox pathways
  • Inflammation regulation

Your supplement recommendations are individualized and adjusted over time to support your progress.
